Yoga is a powerful tool.

It will enhance one’s own self-awareness, body & mind, and positively complement the benefits of receiving regular Shiatsu. It is an empowering step on the road to reclaiming the ground beneath our feet.

Within each school of Yoga, individual teachers will find their own voice.

My practice & teaching of Yoga is the fruit of my journey over the years, exploring different practices.

Yin Yoga is a meditative exploration of slow deep stretches. The practice reaches the connective tissue and targets the meridians pathways as found in the Traditional Oriental Medicine System, shining a whole new light on the landscape of the asanas. Strong on the body, it also challenges the mind deeply, allowing the practitioner to engage with meditative awareness. The effects are both strengthening and regenerative.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice built on series of Asanas threaded together in flowing sequences. The practice develops strength, stamina, flexibility and breath awareness. The rhythm established becomes the back bone for an engaged meditative practice.

Exploring breath & posture work (Asanas), flowing sequences, dynamic or slow, finding the pace & rhythm of Ashtanga or softening in the deep stretches of Yin, I will guide you into our inner landscape, a place bridging our physical & emotional territories.  Overtime you will reap the fruits of a strengthening & regenerative practice and building a sound foundation for self-practice.
